Day sixteen of the writing streak
I am so happy with my progress today. I did three different 30-minute writing sessions spread throughout the day, and in the end I wrote nearly 3.000 words, meaning that I passed the 65.000-word mark in my novel. Not only am I really happy about how much I wrote today, but I am also really happy with the words I wrote. I know that they are still far from perfect – this is still a discovery draft after all – but I am really happy with them and with where they are leading the story. I honestly can’t wait to get back to writing tomorrow and finding out what happens next!
