I just had an amazing writing session! I picked up right where I left off yesterday, and the same scene that I was struggling with so much only 24 hours earlier, today it just flowed out of me so easily. I felt fully immersed in the story and I just wanted to know more! You know that feeling when you’re reading a novel and at random moments throughout your day you feel the longing to get back to it? That’s how I feel today about my novel! Isn’t that cool? I haven’t had that feeling very often yet when writing and I simply love it.
And in other great news, I finally reached the 25.000 word mark! I actually reached it yesterday already, but I had struggled with my writing session so much that I didn’t noticed the achieved milestone until today. That’s the furthest I’ve ever gotten in one single draft without restarting it all over again. I’m super proud of myself!
